Mind-blowing reception from amazing staff! Super clean, well-set up apartment with comfy bed and jaw-dropping spa. Breakfast was delicious and the place was incredibly quiet. Ordering a steak dinner to the room was awesome. Super close to a supermarket and had all the kitchen appliances needed. Definitely above 4 stars!

Exceptionally nice breakfast with a lot of great food. Good service from the flexible, hospitable staff members. The location magnificent and ideal in the very pleasant restaurant.

Incredibly nice breakfast, incredibly beautiful views, easy location just next door to tourist sights, into town and short drive to beach and Albany for work and the centre. The staff were genuinely helpful and helped with free parking. Good choice of food in the hotel, attached restaurant.

The location turned out to be the best and top. Local fast food option Chicken Treat was 10 minutes walk away.

Property was gorgeous and quiet little, I loved the stay.

I had a really great stay at Quality Apartments! The spacious and clean room was perfect for me and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, close to town and nice food outlets. The staff, especially Manager Kristeen Ko, were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Shower recess meant water everywhere. Floor not particularly clean. Blinds let in too much light.

The room would be one of best i have stayed at the best in albany by far. play ground for grandkids was great we wil be back

Its location easy to find even with roadworks was comfy.

All in all everything was lovely, had a really nice stay for an Albany visit. The location was nice as for me, not far from tourist sights, into town and short drive to beach. It also was close to shops.

The Executive King Apartment at Quality Apartments Banksia Albany was absolutely incredible! The room was so spacious and the open plan dining/living area was perfect for our family. The king-sized bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and having two large SMART TVs was a real treat. We also loved the convenience of the pod coffee machine and the dual washer/dryer machine. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the two-person whirlpool spa bath in the King Spa Suite. But hey, that's just me.

Staying here was a fantastic experience! I loved the peaceful location and the friendly staff. They even welcomed me with a complimentary bottle of wine and made my honeymoon extra special. The amenities were top-notch, especially the spa bath and the comfortable beds. The laundry room was huge and the kitchen area had everything I needed to make meals. I highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
